We collect, retain, and use your information to improve our understanding of what you want in financial services and the best way to offer them to you. This enables us to improve our existing products and services and to identify other types of products and services that might benefit you.

Maintenance of Accurate Information

We strive to maintain complete, current, and accurate information about you and your accounts. We have procedures to investigate any concerns you report to us and to correct any inaccuracies we discover. Employee Access to Information

Employees at Firestone Financial are only authorized to use customer information for legitimate business purposes. Each employee is advised of the Firestone Financial Customer Privacy Policy and agrees to abide by it. Employees who disregard these requirements are subject to disciplinary action.

Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationships with Third Parties

To deliver the best products and services to our customers, Firestone Financial on occasion may work with unaffiliated third parties. We require that these parties agree to adhere to Firestone Financial's standards for the security and confidentiality of customer information.

Restrictions on the Disclosure of Account Information

We generally do not share customer information with other companies except to conduct our business, comply with applicable law, protect against fraud, respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, credit organizations, and similar parties in accordance with applicable law, and to respond to instructions from the customer. Firestone Financial does share information with its parent corporation (Citizens Bank of Massachusetts) and with its affiliated subsidiaries and other companies in its continuing effort to provide the customer with superior service and offer financial products closely aligned with consumer needs and desires, but such sharing occurs only in accordance with applicable law, internal security standards, and strict confidentiality policies. At this time, Firestone Financial does not disclose customer information to unaffiliated third parties for marketing or similar purposes. If we do so in the future, a customer's request to be excluded from the program will be honored.
