You and the distributor simply sign a Master Agreement and UCC financing statement with Firestone Financial. You receive payment in full and the distributor can pay for the inventory purchase over three or four months. The cash discount offered for prompt payment generally provides interest free financing for the distributor. You benefit from Day One, because you receive your money in full and get your product to the distributors immediately. Distributors benefit because they can stock their warehouses, leave their credit line untouched and manage their cash flow. And, because Firestone Financial is totally committed to serving this industry, you can trust that the program will not suddenly be terminated.
