Once an application is approved and the deal terms are finalized, we prepare the financing documents through an automated system and can deliver them to you for execution by email or fax And once the executed contract is returned, a contract processor will review such contract and ensure that all closing terms and conditions have been satisfied. Accurate and complete contracts will be funded on the business day that they are received; we will issue payment to the directed party and can do so electronically through ACH or wire transfer.
